I obtained my Ph.D. degree in Dec. 2014 at Jilin University (Changchun, China), majoring in Materials Science. In Mar. 2016, I joined in Prof. Brédas's group as a post-doc at Solar & Photovoltaics Engineering Research Center, King Abdullah University of Science & Technology (KASUT). In Sept. 2017, I moved from KAUST to the Georgia Institute of Technology as a post-doc in Prof. Brédas's group. During my postdoctoral period in Prof. Brédas's group, I mainly focused on the covalent organic frameworks (COFs) and study the interfacial electronic structures and energy level alignments between the COF and underlying substrates (such as Au, Cu, h-BN and transition metal dichalcogenides).
DFT calculations on the electronic properties of two-dimensional (2D) materials and the interfacial structures between 2D materials and substrates.
