Dr. Lei Liu is a professor at the School of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Engineering, Hebei University of Science and Technology, China. She received her Ph.D degree in Organic chemistry at Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2007, with focus on synthesis and optoelectronic properties of one-dimensional linear conjugated molecules. Her research interests include the synthesis and properties of new fluorescent dyes, porous carbon materials for supercapacitor and adsorption applications. In March, 2018, she joined in Prof. Bredas group as a Research Scientist Visitor, and investigated the electronic, optical and magnetic properties of two-dimensional organic covalent framework systems.
